All orders will receive an Email confirmation within 24 hours of receipt of that order during the normal business week; Monday-Friday. Orders received on Friday-Sunday will receive a confirmation on the following Monday. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the Email confirmation with the exception of confirmations sent on a Friday.

Those not receiving a confirmation within the specified time should contact us by Email and include the date of the order, the name of the person that placed the order and a telephone number with area code.

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the orders Email confirmation.

For orders within the U.S., shipments will be made using first class mail. For orders, within the U.S., the average delivery time is between 2-4 days depending on the region.

For orders outside of the U.S., shipments will be made via parcel post air-mail. Average delivery time will be from 4-7 days depending on the Country of origin.

Shipping costs are determined by general geographic region. The regions are broken down by;

Asia-Australia-Other Countries

When a customer places an order they will designate the area in which they reside and the shipping costs will be computed. The shipping costs decline dramatically with the number of items ordered. Below you will see an example of shipping costs for a $15.00 publication based on the geographic region.

United States = $1.50
Canada-Mexico = $3.00
Asia-Australia-Other Countries = $5.00
